The outdoor arena is a large 110'x220' three-rail arena. It's big enough for all your riding-even barrel racing. All our arenas have sand footing.

Our round pen is 60' across, 6' high and made of 2"x10" lumber so it's safe and secure. Your horse will never get a leg though our round pen like can happen with the metal pens. It's perfect for everything from starting colts to teaching young children to ride.

The barn has 11 box stalls, 6 of which have attached runs, and 5 tie stalls. It has cement isles, a wash stall with cross ties, a tack room with lockers and it connects to the indoor arena.

Serendipity Stables is located in Zimmerman, MN. We are right next to the Sand Dunes State Forest so you can ride on miles of trails without ever needing a trailer. And because the Sand Dunes is a State Forest and not a State Park you have the choice of riding on or off the trails.  And the Forest is open to trail riders year-round.

Our indoor arena is a 72'x120' Cover-All arena. If you've never been in a Cover-All, you'll love it the moment you set foot in one.  It is like being in a giant green house. The arena is very light and airy. In the winter you can feel the sun on your back and in the summer the sides lift up so you can get a cool breeze.

Relax in the lounge and enjoy a great view of the indoor arena.  The lounge is heated in the winter, and offers drinks and snacks for sale.  If you’d like a different view of the action, you can sit upstairs on the upper deck to watch the horses.
